For your hotel reservation in Aveiro, the local PCO – ABREU Events to guarantee accommodation, it will dynamically provide accommodation. These offers may appear whenever a hotel has availability due to the peak season, and it will be available on the registration form.

It can be booked during registration process or if you are already registered, you may edit your registration and add the booking. 

These special arrangements are available for the pre- and post-congress dates (one day before and one day after the event).

Full prepayment is requested upon booking. In case of cancellations refunds are based on the cancellation conditions for each Hotel.
